Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse monthly financial reports and operational metrics to identify trends and insights.
Monitor compliance with reporting deadlines and procedures, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Provide administrative and financial reporting support to the operations management team.
Liaise with branch managers, local staff, and head office accounting teams.
Review and approve staff loans for African branches.
Develop and maintain financial and operational reports.
Assist branches with financial and operational queries.
Conduct on-site operational and financial audits (12 weeks per audit, as planned or as needed).
Requirements
BCom Honours degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing and/or accounting.
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis software.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to travel for operational audits across African branches.
SAIPA membership or studying towards CIMA.
Experience in operations management or a related field.
Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting.
Familiarity with ERP systems and data management tools.
