As a Clerk Orders, you will:

• Handle counter & Telesales, ensuring excellent customer service
• Capture and process orders using Epicor software
• Manage stock control & reordering to ensure smooth operations
• Answer phone inquiries and assist customers efficiently
• Support the sales team with administrative and quotation tasks

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven telesales experience & strong irrigation knowledge
• Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with Epicor
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
