Job Description:You'll be the driving force behind planning and executing campaigns, liaising with clients, tracking timelines, and ensuring our team is set up for success. If you’re results-driven, hands-on, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you!Location: Atlas Gardens, Cape Town What You'll Be Doing:- Planning and organizing installation resources.
- Making sure the team is prepped and ready for their tasks.
- Working closely with our logistics guru to ensure everything arrives on time.
- Supporting installation teams and troubleshooting challenges.
- Reviewing and signing off on installation photos.
- Keeping the client in the loop and ensuring top-notch quality control.
- Compiling audit & completion reports (yep, we love keeping things documented!).
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator (or similar).
- Background in Visual Merchandising/shopfitting? That’s a BIG plus!
- A degree in Business Admin or Project Management would be great.
- Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills.
- Valid driver’s license & own transport – you’ll need to be mobile.
- Highly organized & deadline-driven (we move fast!).
- Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Willing to put in extra hours when needed.
