- Prepare and process daily financial transactions and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Prepare management accounts monthly
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Support the year-end audit process and provide necessary documentation
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in VAT returns
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain and update financial records accurately
- BCOM degree (preferred) or relevant qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting
- Experience in reconciliations and preparing management accounts
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
