Our client, a renowned insurer known for its meaningful industry impact, is looking for motivated professionals based in George who are ready to redefine their careers with a rapidly growing organization. In this role, you will have the freedom to develop your own commercial insurance portfolio while working within a dynamic team that values self-discipline, exceptional performance, and strong professional relationships.
The absolute Non-Negotiables are fluent in English, holds full FAIS commercial insurance credits, possesses a RE5 certificate and a Matric certificate, owns a vehicle, and is willing to travel.
DUTIES:
Build your own insurance commercial client base by: Prospecting for new clients via face-to-face appointments in the Cape Town metropolitan area. Conduct a business insurance needs analysis per client. Offering clients, the Groups business insurance offerings. Managing the premium targets as set by management. Keeping your sales pipeline full through continuous prospecting. Maintain and grow your book. Continuous self-development. Keep your delegated report up to date and accurate.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English. Full FAIS commercial insurance credits RE5 certificate Matric certificate. Minimum of 3 years experience as a commercial insurance face-to-face sales specialist. Valid drivers license and own transport. Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office software package.
ATTRIBUTES:
Task orientated, results focus and accountable. Self-starter with a focus on prioritising and executing. Good presentation skills. Structured and organized, ability to work independently.
