Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Manager to oversee all tendersand business opportunities for the company. This role requires end-to-end managementof the bidding process, including bid evaluation, development of technical and pricingproposals, and preparation of reference letters. The ideal candidate will ensure that allproposals meet quality standards and are submitted to the appropriate stakeholders forreview on time.
Key Performance Areas:
Lead and manage the entire bid process from initiation to submission.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and tenders relevant to the company’s services.
Develop high-quality technical and pricing proposals that align with client requirements.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and technicaldepartments, to gather necessary input for bids.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, company policies, andindustry regulations.
Prepare supporting documents, including reference letters, case studies, and compliance documentation.
Maintain a bid library with templates, standard responses, and historical data for future use.
Track and report on bid outcomes and continuously improve the bidding process.
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as partners and suppliers, tocoordinate joint proposals.
Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely submission of all bids.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in bid/tender management, proposalwriting, or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing bids and tenders.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams to compile complexproposals.
Familiarity with procurement processes and contract negotiations.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the bidding process.

Required Competencies/Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid
