  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across fresh produce lines and regions.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the fresh produce market, including retail and wholesale channels.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a senior sales and marketing role within the FMCG sector, specifically focusing on fresh produce or similar consumer goods, with proven success in scaling companies.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and expand market share in the fresh produce market through innovative strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading large, diverse sales teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM platforms.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, with a focus on fresh produce marketing and consumer behavior.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
