Require a highly skilled and experienced Social Media, Marketing & Personal Assistant to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, implement strategic marketing initiatives, and provide executive-level support to the Business Development Director.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Oversee and create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Manage Google Adwords and Google Analytics to optimize campaign performance and track KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, agencies, and customers to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Organize and execute events to promote brand awareness and community engagement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, online communities, and industry influencers.
Monitor ROI, generate performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure marketing materials, communications, and campaigns adhere to company standards and regulations.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize marketing impact.
Oversee website content updates and enhancements using WordPress.
Leverage YouTube and other video marketing tools to create compelling brand storytelling.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide full executive-level PA support to the Business Development Director.
Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and document preparation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents as required.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by handling administrative and organizational tasks.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience:2 to 3 years of experience in Photoshop, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics.
2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
Zoho experience beneficial.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Ability to strategically optimize content to drive engagement and lead generation.
Proficiency in media planning and execution across traditional and digital platforms.
Experience with WordPress web development and website maintenance.
Familiarity with YouTube video production, optimization, and analytics.
Proven expertise in event coordination and execution.
Strong and consistent communication skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities with a positive, detail-oriented approach.
Full PA experience required at an executive level, supporting senior leadership.
Own reliable transportation
