Reporting to the General ManagerPurpose of Job:
Responsible for the overall growth strategy, sales and profitability of five branch operations in KwaZulu Natal.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
• Attainment of the sales budget for the KZN Region
• Planning and implementing of sales strategies
• Maintain customer service levels
• Preservation of company assets and inventory
• Motivate staff
• Develop the capabilities and skills of the staff compliment
• Ensure good corporate governance aligned with the company
• New Business Development for the Region
Requirements:
Qualifications and experience:A management qualification or equivalent management experience
Sound knowledge of hydraulics products
5 years management experience
A strong sales and business development focus
Exceptional communication, motivational and people management skills
Experience in the management of assets, budgets, expenses and profitability
Ability to travel regionally.
