Hire Resolve's client is seeking an Sales Representative to join their team in Strand, Western Cape. As a Sales Representative, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets within the company industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out and acquire new business opportunities through aggressive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Identify and target high-potential customers in need of packaging solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and tailored packaging solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and competitive trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a hunter-style sales role.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to aggressively build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive and competitive approach to sales.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
