Are you a detail-oriented, strategic, and driven Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? We’re searching for a professional, energetic, and dedicated QS to join a leading property development group specializing in retirement, residential, and commercial projects.
Requirements:
- Cost Management – Ensure accurate financial planning & control
- Estimating – Prepare BOQs, analyse tenders, and manage costs
- Contract Administration – Handle contract documentation & compliance
- Sub-Contractor & Supplier Management – Negotiate, finalize, and track agreements
- Revenue & Cash Flow Management – Maximise opportunities & ensure positive cash flow
- Reporting – Maintain accurate cost reports & financial assessments
Responsibilities:
- BSc (Hons) or BTech in Quantity Surveying
- 2+ years’ experience in construction contracting (Building Projects preferred)
- Expertise in JBCC, CCS, QTO, & MS Excel
- Strong financial acumen & knowledge of operational construction processes
- Attention to detail, leadership, adaptability & problem-solving skills
