Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and growth.
✅ Oversee inventory control, and stock management.
✅ Streamline workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs.
✅ Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
✅ Manage and mentor a team to achieve business objectives.
✅ Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and industry standards.
✅ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports.
✅ Implement technology-driven solutions for operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operations management role.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience in inventory management and supply chain logistics.
Knowledge of the car audio industry is advantageous.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
