In their expanding team, they are looking for a financial accountant to manage financial operations, tax compliance, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the full accounting function, including financial reporting and compliance.
- Manage reconciliations, cash flow planning, and strong tax functions.
- Develop financial processes to support business operations and scalability.
- Supervise a team of 7 finance professionals handling admin, creditors, and debtors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and customers, to optimize financial performance.
- BCom / Honours in Accounting or Finance
- SAICA Articles (2 years post-article experience preferred) OR proven industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel, VAT, and tax compliance
- Previous experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment preferred
