Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree essential. Master in Tax â?? LLM Tax essential. A strong interest in Taxation and property law, with a desire to continuously learn and grow. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn Taxation software. Must be in possession of a valid and current driver's licence Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of Taxation / property transfer documents. Liaise with clients, deeds office, and other financial/official institutions. Conduct thorough research and draft comprehensive legal correspondence, utilising strong analytical and writing skills. Provide administrative and legal support to the Taxation team, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. Learn and contribute to all aspects of the Taxation process, including property transactions, contracts, and legislation.
