The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minutes’ walk away, in the heart of glitzy Camps Bay has a position for a Recruiter to join their team of extraordinary people.
We’re seeking a self-motived, organised, detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in Recruitment. You should be adept at multi-tasking, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of interpersonal relations.

If you are skilled in recruitment and induction of new staff bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create an outstanding environment within our team.
You will oversee the entire process of recruitment to ensure procedures are followed in a fair and transparent manner. You will work closely with the hiring managers and Human Resources department to process forms, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and provide a high quality and professional recruitment service through the effective administration of all recruitment systems.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent Tertiary Qualification in Labour Relations, Human Resources or People Management would be advantageous 1-2 years’ recruitment experience (advantageous) Hospitality experience (highly advantageous) Strong administration experience Strong recruitment platforms experience High Levels of Stress Tolerance and ability to hit short deadlines Social media experience i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular) Based in Cape TownReady to Join?
