Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly invoices with accuracy and efficiency. Conduct billing verification clean-ups to maintain data integrity. Manage termination requests and ensure all procedures are followed correctly. Organise and administer weekly and monthly meetings, including minute-taking. Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Handle incident management and reporting to support operational efficiency. Assist with service improvement initiatives and report writing. Manage project documentation, compliance, and resource allocation. Support risk management and quality control efforts. Maintain accurate data entry and database management.Ideal Candidate:
Experience: At least three years in administration (telecoms experience advantageous). Skills: Strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
