- Proven experience as a Production Manager in a milling or animal feed manufacturing environment .
- Strong knowledge of feed milling processes, equipment, and quality control measures.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating production teams.
- Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the food or feed industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Agriculture, Feed Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
