Monitor and ensure that trucks load within the allotted time,with the correct type and tonnage of feed.
Ensure that factory runs at the optimum up time by timeously attending to production delays.
Manage staff on shift by training and maintains a high level of morale and discipline.
Plan and execute production plan to ensure high level of customer service.
Assisting the quality controller In approval of incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting unacceptable materials
