Our client seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to serve as a Personal Assistant to their CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the CEO's schedule, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the CEO's efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO's schedule and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Booking and managing flights and accommodations for the CEO's business travel
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Communicating on behalf of the CEO with clients, employees, and other stakeholders
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed
- Providing professional and exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Executing tasks efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
