Are you a confident and highly capable professional with experience in a key sales administrative role within a fast-paced sales department?Our established national client in Montague Gardens, a leading supplier of world-class products, is seeking your expertise as a Front Office Sales Administrator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for their expanding customer base, handling incoming calls, managing quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoicing, receipting, stock ordering and planning, and more.We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills to professionally support clients, a drive to continuously develop their skills, and a proactive, hardworking attitude. REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric qualification
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
  • Own transport is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Must be willing to work late from time to time during peak season
  • Office Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:30
DUTIES
  • Reporting to the Branch Manager
  • Serve as the primary contact for walk-in clients
  • Manage the switchboard and assist clients over the phone
  • Oversee social media inquiries, respond to messages and follow up with potential customers
  • Follow up with web-generated leads
  • Provide quotations and sell products/services to clients
  • Conduct general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office organization
  • Maintain and update client records and sales databases
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations
  • Maintain a neat and tidy working environment
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
