About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing analysis and interpretation of data, using segmentation models to identify opportunities for improvement and designing and implementing tests to optimize campaign activities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends and opportunities within data.
  • Report campaign performance metrics to stakeholders, providing insights to improve digital and direct team strategies.
  • Perform database segmentation and mining.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives based on behavioral outputs.
  • Analyze behavior and trends, identifying gaps and pressure points in specific areas and segments.
  • Compile clear and useful data visualizations using graphs, charts, and other tools.
  • Test groups and segments to analyze behavior related to offers and messaging.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders on marketing initiative effectiveness and ROI.
  • Create customer journeys and required communication touchpoints for communication strategies.
  • Manage data hygiene, data enrichment, and maintain relevant databases.
  • Manage loyalty program lifecycle campaigns.

      • Advanced Excel proficiency.
      • Power BI expertise.
      • Knowledge of SQL (advantageous).
      • Experience with Analysis Services.
      • Project management skills.
