Production Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Production Technician specializing in Aircraft Electrical Looms , you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and maintenance of electrical wiring looms used in aircraft. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical looms according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot looms to ensure they meet both functional and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and efficient production processes.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products and maintain detailed production records.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times while working in the production environment.
• Maintain equipment and machinery in optimal working condition.
• Ensure timely completion of production tasks, meeting deadlines and quality targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical assembly, ideally within the aerospace industry or similar high-precision sectors.
• Solid knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and loom wiring.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• A background in electrical engineering or related disciplines is preferred.
