Description:
An international company in the Medical Insurance industry is currently recruiting for an experienced SQL BI Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using primarily SQL. To extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources, creating interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Requiring strong data modeling skills, proficiency in SQL query writing, and expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, while effectively collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven reports
Requirements:
- Sql: 4 to 5 years
- Power Bi: 4 to 5 years
- SQL BI Development: 4 to 5 years
- 3 - 5 years SQL Business Intelligence Development
- 3-5 years experience on Reporting tools (Eg, Business Objects, SSRS, Power BI)
- Relevant Tertiary Education

Data Extraction and Transformation:

Report Development:
Create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) based on data models and business requirements, incorporating data visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
Data Governance:
Ensure data integrity and consistency by defining data quality standards and implementing data validation processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business users to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Performance Optimization:
Analyze and optimize SQL queries to improve data retrieval speed and efficiency.
