In addition to overseeing HSE initiatives, the role includes assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards.

- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to mitigate workplace risks.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor and improve safety performance through audits, inspections, and reporting.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting of HSE incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
