SHEQ Manager - Pretoria EastExciting opportunity to join an Engineering and Construction Projects Company
    • The HSE Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety within the organization. In addition to overseeing HSE initiatives, the role includes assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to mitigate workplace risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
  • Monitor and improve safety performance through audits, inspections, and reporting.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting of HSE incidents.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
