Description:
As a Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining the company’s hardware, software, and IT infrastructure. You'll ensure system functionality, data security, and seamless operations, enabling employees to work efficiently. You’ll also tackle performance issues, manage system updates, and provide after-hours support for production systems.Key Responsibilities
Provide expert user support and resolve technical issues
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues
Ensure operational compliance and maintain system standards
Oversee system updates, maintenance, and security protocols
Collaborate with the infrastructure team on network and database issues
Build and present system performance reports and dashboards
Skills & Experience
2+ years in IT environments, including AWS and VMware
Experience with Azure/M365, Active Directory, Windows Servers, and SQL/Linux databases
Proficiency in network security, backup management, and cloud services
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach

Education
A+ / N+ and MCSE / MCSA or similar technical qualification.
