As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the company. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will drive innovation, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure sustainable growth in a competitive market.
- Develop and implement a clear business strategy aligned with company objectives
- Lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence and business growth
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

- CA(SA)
- Minimum 15 years related experience
