Constantia Fertilizer, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Client Relations Manager at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engage with farmers to understand their agricultural needs and provide expert advice on fertilizers and soil management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Assist farmers with opening accounts and navigating our product and service offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging agricultural technologies
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to develop strategies for business growth
- Assist in product positioning and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and feedback
Qualifications and Skills:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the agricultural sector
- Strong knowledge of fertilizers, soil health, and crop management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
