RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain information from the various input systems upload/data sheets, check for accuracy and completeness of captured data. Provide input and guidance into improving data management and integrity. Keep the filing system organised at all times Responsible for providing all correct schedules and information requested from management. Maintain good customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction Safety meeting minutes Ordering of all office and monthly stock Keep track of stock orders Assisting Supervisors with using of stock
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent. A minimum of at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES
Able to liaise professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Hard-working and self-motivated. Time management and organizational skills. Accurate and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a pressurised environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
