JOB DESCRIPTION
The General Assistant’s primary purpose is to provide support as dictated by operational requirements. (Shift Position)
Responsibilities (NOT limited to the below) :
Maintain safe working procedures at all times Ensure that tasks are carried out as instructed by your managers Assist operators if and when required Adhere to standard operating procedures Assist with cleaning, sweeping and general housekeeping duties Required to work shifts and overtime as determined by operational requirements Other general ad-hoc duties as required by you manager
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Grade 12 Attention to detail Willingness to work shifts and overtime Ability to work in a team and independently Ability to function efficiently in pressurized work situations Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with minimal supervision
