REQUIREMENTS:
Matric qualification FMCG background; experience in the beverage trade is advantageous Strong customer service orientation with proven experience in a sales or customer service role Ability to create and maintain great customer relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Result-oriented with outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Ability to work independently or as part of a team and motivate others Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and deadline-driven Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Willingness to perform other reasonably related business duties as requested by the immediate manager as required Drivers License and own vehicle.This is a external position
