Grade 12 Degree in Engineering Exp Mobile Yellow Metal Machinery Doosan Komatsu Tri Wheelers. Trade Test Boilermaker 5 years’ experience in Hydraulics Exp in Boiler making. Exp in Welding Preventative Maintenance Planning Management of Team Hydraulic Pipes, Systems, Cylinders, Valve Banks, HosesThe Hydraulic Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems and components across various equipment and machinery. This role requires a deep understanding of hydraulic principles, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining system reliability and operational efficiency.
System Maintenance and Repairs:o Perform routine inspections and minimize breakdowns and down time by implementing preventative maintenance plans
o Diagnose issues and repair or replace faulty components, including pumps, valve banks, cylinders, and hoses.
Rebuilding hydraulic Systems and cylinders
to Manufacture and make up of Hydraulic Pipes, Cylinders etc.
o Ensure systems meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
o Attend to all Welding and Boilermaker requirements
o Minimize breakdowns and down time by implementing preventative maintenance plans
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues in hydraulic systems.
o Analyze performance data to optimize system functionality and resolve inefficiencies.
Technical Support and Training:o Provide technical guidance to team members on hydraulic systems and best practices.
o Train operators and maintenance staff on safe and efficient use of hydraulic equipment.
