Dutch Operations Manager
Are you an experienced leader in customer service ready for an international adventure?
We are looking for a driven Operations Manager to strengthen our Dutch speaking team in South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of call center agents, with direct oversight on team leaders. You will ensure that operational goals are met, maintain high service quality, and play a key role in implementing process improvements. In this role, fluent Dutch and English are essential.
