Description:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in life insurance and investments? My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team and provide essential support in financial services administration.
Salary: Negotiable, around R15 000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handling administrative tasks related to life insurance and investment products
Processing applications, claims, and policy updates efficiently
Managing client records, documentation, and compliance requirements
Liaising with Financial Advisors, clients, and service providers
Ensuring accuracy in data capturing and reporting
Providing excellent client service and support
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an administrative role within the life insurance and investment industry
Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products, policies, and procedures
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
