Requirements:Completed LLB degree Admitted Attorney with 2+ years post articles experience. Own vehicle. Valid drivers License. Knowledge of basic computer applications. Responsibilities:
Providing legal advice, reviewing business decisions, and managing transactions. Drafting legal contracts, legal correspondence, documentation, and other materials. Preparing memorandum to clients, under partners supervision. Ensuring proper management of client matters. Conducting and coordinating research into a range of legal issues. Comfortable with highly confidential information. Consult with Clients. Analytical thinking. Excellent time management skills. Good communication skills. Logical thinking and decision-making skills. Results orientated, energetic and productive. Ability to prioritise activities and adjust work schedules in need. Need to be organised and able to handle difficult situations.
