Description:
As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards in customer service, overseeing housekeeping and maintenance, managing stock, and ensuring financial controls are adhered to. You will also play a key role in staff coordination, training, and development, ensuring that the team delivers top-notch service.Candidate Requirements:
- Matric / National Senior Certificate
- A Hospitality Certificate/Degree would be beneficial
- Must have at least 2 years worth of Management or Hospitality experience
- Must be a good problem solver and be able to think on your feet
- Driver's license and own vehicle preferred
- Must have a basic knowledge of accounting
- Be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite
- A well organized individual and be able to keep good track records of documents
- Must be able to build relationships with staff and clients and have excellent customer service skills
- Have good communication skills, written and verbal and must be able to communicate with people from all walks of lifeThis is a live in position
