Education & Experience (minimum requirements to perform the job):
School: Grade 12 Post School: Higher Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR / Education / Teaching). Job Related: MS Office 365 proficiency; Other: Valid Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License Own reliable motor vehicle Extensive travelling required Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Training Facilitator A proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training initiatives that enhance employee performance and drive organisational growth Strong ability to independently create, implement, and refine learning strategies to meet business needs High-level competency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing digital learning content Knowledge of Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) and related compliance requirements Accredited Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator (Advantageous) Experience in stakeholder engagement

Excellent writing and communication skills in English Advanced computer literacy, including digital learning tools and platforms Strong digital adaptation skills and ability to incorporate technology-driven training solutions Creative skills and initiative Strong research, presentation, and reporting abilities Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments Presentable and professional Interpersonal and relationship-building skills Conflict management Tact, diplomacy, integrity, and honesty Negotiation skills Open-mindedness and adaptability Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-driven and motivated Hardworking
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Driver of a light motor vehicle extensive travelling required Working conditions are normal for an office environment Energetic and well-presented High level of self-awareness and ability to manage own learning
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
All duties must be conducted in compliance with the clients requirements, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and other relevant legislation. Duties include:

Developing learning and development strategies with line managers based on both immediate and long-term staff requirements Conducting annual training needs analysis in collaboration with line managers
