Minimum Requirements:Qualification: CA(SA) Experience (advantageous): 1-2 years in accounting, with exposure to reconciliations, financial reporting, financial statements, and staff management. Key Responsibilities:
Review daily and monthly reports (Turnover, Stock, etc.) Perform and review monthly reconciliations, including fixed assets Ensure all daily and monthly deadlines are met Prepare and authorize journals as required Conduct monthly flash reviews within set timeframes Oversee daily payment releases and beneficiary management (Nedbank Business & Global Payments) Serve as an administrator for Accpac, BPM, Nedbank, and Global Payments Support internal and external audit processes Assist with BEE processes and audits Prepare and submit management reports on OnestreamFinalize management accounts for Financial Manager review Assist in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS) Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Financial Manager or Financial DirectorIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
