- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple distribution centers, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in distribution center management, with exposure to multi-site operations preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Adaptable and capable of managing dynamic environments and multiple priorities. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
