Description:
Minimum requirements:Grade 12
Secretarial/Business Administration Diploma
Minimum of 3-5 years experience working at Executive level
Preparation of Executive and Department Manager meetings Taking and distribution of all meeting minutes
Manage Executive Boardroom bookings
Keeping record of Executive and Department Manager reports General administrative support
Sales:
Act as a liaison between the Executive: Sales and Managers
Travel coordination with the Facilities Department
Collating of Sales Reports
Assisting with queries from Managers
Prepare documentation for meetings and /or training
