Requirements:A degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial capacity, with expertise in pipe jacking, microtunneling, TBM operations, shaft construction, and deep excavations. Valid drivers license. Medically and physically fit for site-based work. Proficiency in project management, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Innovative mindset with a focus on incorporating advancements in technology to achieve best practices. Attention to detail combined with excellent organisational and administrative skills. Openness to adopting new technologies and improving internal systems. Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Collaborate on tenders and proposals for upcoming projects. Coordinate and manage microtunneling teams and logistics across various sites. Prepare and track progress reports, addressing any delays or challenges. Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project flow. Oversee p rocurement, maintenance, and inventory of specialised microtunneling and shoring equipment. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to develop the skills of team members.
