Maintenance Co-Ordinator

Description:

• Client liaison and professional client relationship;
• Communicate with the client, technicians and management;
• By use of online intelligence, create, update, assign and complete technical job cards which will include investigating reported incidents before assigning;
• Communicate with the technical management team and provide feedback and updates on important issues;
• Assist the Project Manager and branches with maintenance calls, projects, quotes and purchase orders;
• Provide technical statistics report on outstanding issues;
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management;
• Continuous professional development to meet requirements and personal development needs;
• Ensure that all work carried out is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all requirements both internally and externally;
  Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
  
  
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
• PSIRA certification;
• Relevant financial qualification or similar would be advantageous;
• Relevant management experience and experience within the Electronics Security Industry;
• Technical equipment training and certification;
• Equipment inventory and audit experience;
• On-line intelligence and Saco Work Force experience would be an advantage;
• Computer literate and good working knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
