Security Operations Manager

Our client is searching for a Secure Operations Manager to safeguard cryptographic assets, manage secure payment devices, and ensure compliance with PCI security standards. As a Secure Operations Manager , you’ll take charge of the secure provisioning and configuration of sensitive cryptographic assets across payment terminals . You'll oversee device logistics , enforce strict security protocols , and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless and compliant operations . With a focus on security, compliance, and efficiency , you’ll be instrumental in maintaining a world-class secure payment ecosystem .

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in cryptographic key management, secure payment systems, or payment terminal logistics
Deep knowledge of PCI PIN Security Requirements, P2PE compliance, and encryption technologies
Hands-on experience with HSMs, tamper-proof hardware, and key management protocols
Strong troubleshooting skills for terminal testing and L3 support escalations
Experience managing audits, compliance reporting, and security assessments
Stakeholder management with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
Certifications like PCI QPA, PCI PTS, P2PE QSA, CISSP, or CISM (preferred but not required)
