We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong professional with a background in automotive product development to oversee new product design and implementation. The ideal candidate will have APQP expertise, a strong personality, and a proactive approach to managing design, trials, and production integration. Requirements:- 8-10 years of experience in product development within the automotive sector .
- Prior experience working with OEMs .
- Strong knowledge of PPAP, TAS, SPTT , and related automotive processes.
- Preferably experienced in the Rubber & Plastic Industry .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Extensive experience in New Product Development (NPD) and process optimization.
