Description:

Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior recruiter to join their growing team. As part of a supportive and collaborative environment, you will play a vital role in facilitating various HR processes and contributing to the company's positive and engaging employee experience. Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment:
    • Manage the full recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
    • Proactively identify and attract top talent aligned with the company's needs.
    • Assist with job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
    • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Order staff uniforms and manage logistics.
    • Organize and participate in HR events and initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
    • Order and manage department stationery supplies.
    • Compile HR statistics and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR Generalist, including scheduling meetings, maintaining HR files, and handling document flow.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Stay informed on HR policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
    • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by upholding company values and demonstrating empathy towards colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Completed HR Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment (or a combination of both).
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel at a beginner level.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proactive and results-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
    • Adaptable and able to operate efficiently under pressure.
    • Strong ethical values and a commitment to confidentiality.
    • Demonstrated empathy and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Location:
    • Must be residing in the East Rand region.
