Do you have your own vehicle to travel to Green Point or live in close proximity to Green Point with experience working as a Receptionist or front of house customer liaison consultant? Our client requires you professional mannerism and general administration skills to be the "go to person" for meeting and greeting and assisting customers telephonically and face to face within their organisation. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reservation systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced
  • Professional appearance and personality , must be a peopleâs person
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.

DUTIES
Â
  • Extensive liaison with customers
  • Meet and greeting of customers to provide professional assistance.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
  • Handle bookings and reservations for events.
  • Provide accurate information regarding facilities, membership, and upcoming events.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as emails, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Address enquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
