Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. The Finance Manager will provide strategic insights into performance trends, manage financial functions, and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulation Key Responsibilities:- Manage all accounting and tax functions, including financial transactions, reconciliations, and stock levels.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Mentor and manage the financial team, overseeing performance evaluations and skill development.
- Liaise with auditors and assist in annual audits.
- BCom, BAcc, Accounting Honors degree, or CA(SA).
- Minimum 5 years’ management-level accounting experience.
- Experience with SAGE Payroll and Accounting.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Membership in a professional accounting body (SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA, etc.).
