Secure Facility Operator

It’s time to lock and load! We’re looking for a Secure Facility Operator to handle, test, and validate high-security payment devices. This isn’t just a job—it’s a mission. If you have a security-first mindset, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow strict protocols, then you might just be the right recruit for this elite squad.
Just like Mike and Marcus , you’ll be operating in a high-stakes environment , ensuring secure hardware handling, testing payment terminals , and keeping everything locked down tighter than a vault . You’ll be working with cryptographic assets, conducting Level 3 (L3) testing , and making sure no bad actors mess with the system. If you’ve got the skills to troubleshoot , the discipline to follow security protocols , and the dedication to protect sensitive financial systems, welcome to the team!

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a high-security operations environment
Experience with payment terminal operations & troubleshooting
Familiarity with cryptographic key management & PCI PIN Security Requirements
Basic knowledge of encryption, compliance, and secure device protocols
Meticulous attention to detail & strong documentation skills

Qualification:
Diploma or relevant technical certification in IT, Security, or a related field (Preferred)
Certifications in PCI PTS, P2PE QSA, or equivalent? Even better!
