Responsibilities:
- Supervise order picking, boxing, and palletizing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage dispatch teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- Oversee truck loading and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain order fulfillment standards.
- Enforce health and safety regulations within the dispatch area.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to optimize logistics.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dispatch, logistics, or warehouse supervision role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
- Willingness to work some weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
- Ability to work early shifts: 6 AM – 5 PM.
