Description:
Job Role:- Implementation and migration of file servers to SharePoint and OneDrive for Business
- Implementation and configuration of Azure AD Intune and or Entra
- Implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 environments
- Implementation and migration of workloads to Microsoft Azure IaaS
- Install and upgrade Windows servers, and all roles and features such as DNS, DHCP, Replication etc.
- Install and upgrade Hyper-V host servers
- Implement and maintain backup solutions
- Perform V2V or P2V server migrations
- Implement variety of security solutions
- Perform PC deployments and automations
- Install, upgrade network firewalls, routers, switches, WAPs, and other devices
- Install and upgrade VoIP phone systems
Candidate Requirements:
- 5 or more years of recent computer, Cloud, server, and network troubleshooting experience
- One or more of the following certifications: MCSE, Microsoft Azure Administrator or equivalent (This needs to be updated)
- Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
- Advanced knowledge of current operating systems
- Advanced knowledge of current networking systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint and other server applications
- Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting
- Professional customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work in an environment providing 24x7x365 support
- Candidates are required to have own transport and license, as they will be required to travel to clients
