Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team in East London. Job Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for automotive products. Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues. Conduct product and process audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Analyze quality performance data and report findings to management. Support new product development teams in quality planning and validation activities. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. Maintain and improve quality documentation, including process flows, specifications, and work instructions. Job Requirements: Grade 12 (matric) certificate. Engineering Diploma or Engineering Technology Degree 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive sector Quality related training: Auditing (Internal & Layered) IATF 16949 , ISO 14001 2015 / OHSAS 2018 Proficient in quality tools and techniques, such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, MSA, and APQP.
